  1. Introduction

Welcome to Whiper Kiddies Salonn. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

  1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Appointment times are reserved specifically for your child.

  1. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
  1. Late Arrivals

15 minutes late will result in a fine of R20, 16-25 minutes is R50 fine. Being later than 30 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and a fee of R100 being charged to reschedule to another day.

  1. Child Comfort & Safety

Whiper Kiddies Salon specialises in children’s hairstyles. For the safety and comfort of all clients:

  • Parents/guardians must supervise younger children where necessary.
  • We reserve the right to stop a service if a child is extremely uncomfortable or distressed.

 

 

  1. Hair Condition

Please ensure your child’s hair is clean and free from heavy product buildup before the appointment unless wash services are booked. Excessively tangled or unprepared hair may incur an additional fee.

  1. Payments

Full payment is due immediately after the service. We accept EFT to our Business account. We do not accept cash, e-wallet or cash send.

  1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a hairstyle has been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the concern.

  1. Photography

We may take photos of completed hairstyles for marketing purposes (website and social media). If you do not wish for your child’s photo to be used, please inform us before the service begins.

  1. Changes to Terms

Whiper Kiddies Salon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
