At Whiper Kiddies Salon, we value your time and strive to provide every child with the best possible braiding experience. Please review our booking policy below before scheduling an appointment.
- Appointments
All services are by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.
- Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- The deposit confirms your appointment slot.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of your deposit.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
- Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. 15 minutes late will result in a fine of R20, 16-25 minutes is R50 fine. Being later than 30 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and a fee of R100 being charged to reschedule to another day.
- Hair Preparation
For best results:
- Hair should be clean and free from heavy oils or product build up.
- Hair should be detangled before arrival unless a wash and detangle service has been booked.
Additional fees may apply if extra preparation time is required.
- Child Comfort & Behaviour
We prioritise a safe and calm environment for all children.
- Parents or guardians must remain reachable during the appointment.
- If a child becomes extremely distressed or uncomfortable, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue the service.
- Payments
Full payment is required immediately after the service is completed. We accept:

- Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your child’s hairstyle, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and address the concern.
